About The Role
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential settings.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete plumbing tasks efficiently.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on construction sites.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of residential plumbing experience or strong interest in learning the trade in new construction environments.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
- Basic knowledge of residential rough-in, trim-out, and final fixture installation preferred.
- Familiarity with common plumbing materials including PVC, CPVC, PEX, and copper is a plus.
- Ability to read a tape measure, follow instructions, and assist plumbers with layouts and installations.
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools while maintaining a clean and safe job site.
- Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and eager to learn from experienced plumbers and supervisors.
- Strong communication skills and professional attitude when working with homeowners, builders, and team members.
