End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs access to and use of the Raptor Plumbing internal application (the "Application"). The Application is a private, internal-use platform made available only to authorized employees, contractors, and approved personnel of Raptor Plumbing ("Company").

By accessing or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Authorized Use Only

The Application is intended solely for internal business operations. Access is strictly limited to individuals expressly authorized by the Company. You may use the Application only for legitimate work-related purposes and only in accordance with Company policies and this Agreement.

2. License Grant

The Company grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Application for internal business purposes only. This license does not grant any ownership rights in the Application or any related materials.

3. Confidentiality and Privacy

Everything within this Application is private and confidential. The Application may contain sensitive business information, including but not limited to:

Employee information
Customer information
Project, scheduling, and job-related data
Financial, operational, and internal communications
Company records, reports, and proprietary workflows

You agree not to disclose, copy, share, transmit, or distribute any information from the Application to any unauthorized person or outside party. All information accessed through the Application must remain strictly within approved Company systems and workflows.

4. No External Sharing

Data within the Application is not intended for public use or disclosure. Except as required by law or expressly authorized by the Company, no information from the Application may be shared with third parties. The Company does not permit unauthorized sale, transfer, or disclosure of internal data.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your access credentials. You agree that you will not:

Share your username, password, or access credentials with anyone else
Permit another person to use your account
Attempt to access data or features outside the scope of your authorization
Copy, export, download, or retain confidential information except as required for your job duties
Use the Application for any personal, unlawful, or unauthorized purpose

6. Monitoring and No Expectation of Personal Privacy

The Company reserves the right to monitor, log, review, audit, and retain all activity within the Application for operational, legal, compliance, and security purposes. By using the Application, you acknowledge that you have no expectation of personal privacy with respect to your use of Company systems.

7. Security

You must immediately report any suspected unauthorized access, security incident, misuse, or data exposure involving the Application. You may not attempt to bypass security controls, interfere with system operations, or introduce malicious code or software.

8. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Application, including all software, code, content, workflows, data structures, designs, and related materials, is and remains the exclusive property of Raptor Plumbing. Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

9. Restrictions

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the Application
Modify, reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works based on the Application
Use the Application in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair Company systems
Use the Application after your authorization has been revoked or your employment or engagement has ended

10. Termination of Access

Access to the Application may be suspended or terminated at any time, with or without notice, at the Company’s sole discretion. Your rights under this Agreement automatically terminate when your employment, contract, or authorization ends, or if you violate any term of this Agreement or Company policy.

11. Data Handling and Retention

All data entered into, stored in, or generated by the Application is Company property. The Company may retain, review, delete, or archive such data in accordance with internal policy, operational needs, legal requirements, or security needs.

12. Updates and Modifications

The Company may update the Application or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued access to or use of the Application after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for internal business use. The Company makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any personal purpose.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Application. You are responsible for complying with Company procedures and exercising appropriate care in your use of internal systems.

15. Acknowledgment

By using this Application, you acknowledge and agree that:

The Application is private and intended only for authorized employees and approved personnel
All data and content within the Application is confidential
Your use of the Application may be monitored and logged
Violation of this Agreement may result in disciplinary action, termination of access, termination of employment or engagement, and possible legal action
